We aim to get orders placed before 15.00 out to customers the same day the order is placed (Monday - Friday)

Occasionally we go out of stock of goods but have deliveries from our warehouse everyday

This ensures that we get your order out to you as quickly as we can

Shipping & Delivery

Within the UK:  Free Shipping on orders over £30.00

For orders below £30.00 P&P is £2.95

Next Day Delivery:

Mainland UK £7.95 per parcel / packet

Scottish Highlands £14.00 per parcel / packet (in certain areas this is a 2 day service)

Northern Ireland £16.00 per parcel / packet (in certain areas this is a 2 day service)

Please Note: Unless you have paid for next day delivery we cannot be held responsible for any delays with postage. If you need your goods urgently please contact us to arrange next day delivery.

Delivery Timescales

UK Delivery: we aim to delivery your order within 7 days

European Delivery: we aim to delivery your order within 14 days

Worldwide Delivery: we aim to delivery your order within 21 days

These timescales are only guidelines - we endeavour to deliver your items inside these.

Please note: When goods are sent on our next day delivery service they will need signing for. If you are not in at the time of delivery a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. If after 5 days you have not claimed your goods they will be returned back to us. If goods are returned back to us we will contact you to let you know. To have them redelivered will be the same as the above prices. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in for delivery or fail to rearrange a delivery date with DPD or the Royal Mail.
