At Calico Laine we have sold Dylon Products for many years and have always had excellent reports back about their dying results. In today blog I'm going to talk a little about their product range and some of the factors that influence dying results. A little thing to remember with Dylon is that they don't just sell dying products, there are also a variety of other products available as well. Dylon Machine Dyes: These dyes do what they say on the box, they are clothes/fabric dyes that dye fabric when washed in the washing machine. These dyes will dye fabric up to a total dry weigh of 600 grams. One thing to remember with these dyes is that you need Dylon Salt as well when using them. The salt helps to fix the dye. These machine dyes are available in wide variety of colours. Dylon Marker Pens: Dylon have recently just released a new range of marker pens and so far they seem to be really popular. We stock a range of these pens and they can be purchased individually or in packets. These pens are fade resistant and also machine washable. Dylon Fabric Paints: These 25ml bottles of paints are ideal for crafting needs or when you want to jazz up an item of clothing. The paints come in a choice of colours and are machine washable as well. Dylon Net Curtain Whitener: This is one of personal favourites of the Dylon range. No matter how tidy your home is, after a period of time all net curtains loose their colour or need a wash. With this product it really does bring the net curtains back to life. These are very well priced as well at only £2.49. As you can see Dylon offer quite a complete range of products. I hope you have enjoyed today's blog and as always if you have any thoughts or suggestions then please do leave a comment in the box below. If you have used any of the above products then why not share you experiences with us and other customers and our Facebook and Twitter pages? Until next time, Calico Laine
