Many of our customers at Calico Laine are dressmakers and come to us for our huge range of fabrics and haberdashery however we also have a number of customers who shop with us to stock up on supplies for all the different Crafts they enjoy. The majority of these customers visit us in our Neston and Liscard retail stores but with more and more being added to our online shop, customers around the country can also come to us when they are buying items for their different Craft projects. One of the most popular Crafts with our regular customers is card making. Here at Calico Laine we stock a range of different sized cards and envelopes to suit your needs; in both white and ivory which are always popular as colour can be added to the card with decoupage or trimmings later. These card packs are available in packs of 50 which are great value for money and are especially useful if you are creating your own wedding or party invitations where you may need a bulk amount. To decorate your cards we stock a number of products in our Crafts section online which are ideal for adding interest to your design. These include palm punches which can be bought in different sizes with shapes such as hearts, butterflies and flowers to choose from. These can be used to punch shapes out of the folded card itself or used to cut shapes out of different coloured card which can then be stuck on with glue or foam pads to add depth to the card. Other products which are great for decorating cards are stick on diamante, ribbons, trimmings and if you are feeling adventurous; felt. For those customers who create card Crafts to sell at local craft fairs, we stock a number of different sized clear bags which can be used to store, transport and display your card while keeping it in pristine condition.
