We know planning the perfect garment isn't easy so we have brought you a wide choice of different Satin Fabrics in various different weights and finishes:
- Duchess Satin- This is a luxurious heavy bodied Satin with a matte shine. Perfect for bridal gowns, prom dresses, bridesmaids dresses and evening wear it really is an elegant choice. We have a huge choice of shades available in the range so you can easily find you perfect colour! If you are planning your wedding day, you can also use the Duchess Satin to coordinate your accessories such as ties, cravats and waistcoats to bring your whole colour scheme together. Duchess Satin is 150 cm wide and is beautiful to work with.
- Supersoft Duchess Satin This is the perfect choice if you are looking for a beautifully draping fabric that hangs beautifully. It is lighter in weight than the duchess but still provides wonderful body to any garment. It has a stunning matte shine to it which is subtle yet effective when moving in the light. It is a wide fabric at 150 cm wide and made from polyester.
- Satin Back Crepe- This is a beautiful flowing Satin which is lovely and light to wear. It is made in Japan and is lovely and soft to handle. This fabric can be used on either side depending on your preference as the crepe side is completely matte with a lovely classic texture. The Satin side still has a textured look but has a stunning sheen to it which is really emphasized in movement. It is available in beautifully rich shades and is 115 cm wide.
- Satin Back Dupion- This fabric looks and feels like pure silk. Like with the Satin Back Crepe, you can use either side. Satin Back Dupion has a stunning luxe shine to it and is a lighter weight satin.
- Economy Satin- This is the perfect choice if you are working on a budget, it catches the light beautifully and is available in a wide choice of shades. This fabric can be used right across the board for bridesmaids dresses to linings and is 150 cm wide.
