Ribbons are useful for many things all year round. A couple of good examples of this are when making cards and also to wrap up gifts. They can even be used in your hair! There really are so many ways ribbon can be used.
We have plenty of different styles of ribbons, including Satin, Grosgrain and Chiffon. These come in many widths and colours. Some of our post popular ribbons are "All My Love" ribbon available in cream/red, red/cream, blue/cream and grey/cream. Also popular is our "My Prince" or "My Princess" ribbon, available in pink, red, grey and blue. We then sell different coloured Satin Ribbons with different styled hearts and different colours backgrounds. Wired ribbon is also available. Shown below are a couple of ways in which you can use ribbon:
- Curling the ribbon: If you would like to make the ribbons curl when you tie them around objects, all you have to do is wrap the ribbon around some wooden dowels and hold it down with wooden pegs. Leave it for a short while and you should then have curled ribbon :-)
- Decorating Rooms: If you are cooking your other half a dinner or running a candle lit bath, then you can decorate certain objects to make it that little more special. Wrapping the ribbon around a plain candle can make a huge impact in a romantic setting. Running along your dinner table, instead of a normal and over used table runner, placing the ribbons down your table can make it look original and beautiful. You can use as many different ribbons as you want and you could even curl the ends to dangle over the edge of the table.
